Does anyone have any idea why I would be re-indexing every time L4 starts? I think I have indexed completely three times on the same machine.
Try to rename \Logos4\Data\....\DownloadManager\DownloadManager.db and try again. If no success get some logs and send to Support - see

renaming the database file seems to have fixed the problem.
