Right clicked on a word in the NASB95 and the right click menu opened on the LHS of the screen:
Does your Layout come from L4 or is it unique to L5?
I have similar problems with layouts from L4 - context menus and some tip windows open on the top LHS of the screen. And i sometimes can't get to the Layout menu to switch layouts.

I've requested that Logos doesn't automatically open layouts that come from L4 e.g. when you restart L5 normally or after a crash.
This one is from L4.
This happened after I opened the L4 layout myself. When I first started L5 I believe I had a blank layout (can't recall), then let L5 generate a standard layout by using the "Go" box on the Home Page, then later opened and modified an L4 layout on my own, renaming the snapshot to this layout. So it wasn't automatically opened, if I understand what you are saying.
It should be fixed, no matter the cause. I can't imagine L5 won't be able to handle L4 layouts at some point.

When you use both L4 and L5 the app will start with the last saved layout, or the last good layout if you just crashed! So L5 will either crash or not work properly if it starts with a layout from L4, and L4 will crash loading a layout from L5 with one of the new Guides! Hence my emphasis on automatically loading layouts, as I have to start with a Blank layout to avoid problems. You get the same problems if you manually load the layout.
So I want L5 to load the last layout I used in L5; not the last layout I used in L4 because i happened to use L4 before switching to L5!
For the time being, fine. But what about the end product?
I was never in favour of the continuity of layouts between installations of L4 which was recently forced by the "Application Closed" layout. I have different resolutions and formats between my installations, so I would like some choice in the matter of what is loaded on restart.

Thumbs up on that.
