Navigation Failed: An unknown error occured opening resource

I get this error in "How to read the Bible for all its worth (3rd ed.)", page 36, when clicking either of the links to the EBC v1. It works fine on the PC Desktop or iPod Touch. Other links that I've tried so far in this resource do seem to work. I have also verifed that I can open EBC v1 on Android and manually find my way to the referred to articles.

Can anyone duplicate this?

This continues to fail on my Nexus 7. However, when I try it on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus it works fine. ?!?!
