Upgrade for 9 Volume JPS Tanakh Commentary?

For those of us who own the 9 volume version of the JPS Tanakh Commentary Collection through the Portfolio Base Package, is there any way to upgrade to the 11 volume version?

I guess I am wondering because the 11 volume version is on sale this week, so I wasn't sure if there is a special for 9 volume owners.
