Hello, I have Logos 4.0 Platinum Spanish version, and from over 300 books in my library I am down to 16 now.
I uninstalled logos from my home pc, reinstalled it again, and same problem.
What could be wrong?

Is it possible you changed email addresses? Also, what are you seeing on biblia.com or the mobile app?

Your resources may need to download. Make sure your internet is on and Logos is loaded.
Then in the command bar type: update resources.
It will take some time.
