BUG(s): Greyed Out Book Cover & Copyright Info (L5 Mac)

I noticed tonight that the resource info panel "grey's out" the book cover. It starts at full opacity, but then lightens a split second after it stops turning around. 

Also, I noticed that the copyright info for this resource is wrong... I don't know if this is a resource or software issue. See bottom line.

FWIW - The screen shot is from alpha 3, but I confirmed both issues in alpha 4.
