BUG: Crash_4.6a_B3_2012-09-29 Windows version without handouts

I was using Find (Control+F) in NASB and after finding a hit I used the mouse wheel to scroll up and L4 crashed. Logs attached. I have already deleted all handouts and I checked - they are still all deleted. I have found since installing this version that it tends to crash while online, but not when I am off-line.

This appears to by a sync error, AKA a bug. There have been other sync errors associated with this beta. The issue does not seem to have a solution (except to continue to work off-line, for now). It would be impossible for us users to know whether the error is client (your) side or server (Logos') side. Since there have been some other server issues today (even with displaying this forum), I'd suspect something on Logos' side.

You might get more attention from a tech, if you include the word "Bug" in your thread title. If it's not too late, you may still be able to change that title.

Richard's analysis is correct: this is a sync error and you can work around it by working offline.

To do that, hold down the Ctrl key as you start Logos 4, and click the "Work Offline" button in the sign in dialog. I'll ask a developer to look at this crash on Monday,

Thank you Bradly - Is suspected it was a sync problem. I use highliging and visual filters (the newcomers to sync v2) so I'm not supprised to be affected by it. I did add the word "BUG" to the description.

Thank you Bradley. I didn't mean to put you to work on the weekend - just wanted to povide the files and descriptions so they would be available when the team got in on Monday. Thank you for all your (and the whole team's) hard work. Logos (products, company and team members) are making a big difference in teachers, preachers and churches around the world, including me/mine. I pray for you guys/gals often.
