I ordered "Classic Commentaries and Studies on the Gospel according to John" and can't find it. My account shows my cc being billed etc. I am using Windows 7 with Logos 4.

Charles - Have you tried the command "update now" or "update resources"?
FWIW - you should remove your email address from your post by editing it. Otherwise, you may get more spam than you can eat in a year. [;)]
Another quick thought… have you tried sorting your library by "Last Updated"? I don't own this resource, but I assume that you will have 25 resources, none of which would be named "classic commentaries."
