After I have run a bible search, for example - "will of God", how do I copy the list of results to a word document?

One way is to use the Print/Export function in Logos4's Search menu.
The Logos4 wiki page here will show you how to do that: From a resource’s menu
EDIT: after selecting the Print/Export, you will want to use the export feature to send it to Word
