I love the new homepage, namely the speed with which it loads. The bar on the left is better than on the top.
I figured out how to rearrange the order of items within the left side-bar (through the options section at the bottom).
It looked to me as a user like I should have been able to click and drag the gray bar at the top of each box to rearrange the LSB
