Default on cited by on collections

This apparently defaults to all collections. It is taking forever to clear them out because there is no "clear all" option. Obviously I haven't used the feature much for the defaults to still be there ... but it is only recently that I've had resources that make me want to use it.

Tried to use this tool but finally gave up and classified it as "good idea poorly implemented". Don't know about the Windows version, but the Mac version sort and selection window only shows five items at a time and any attempt to reorder is foiled by an extremely swift scroll that defies precise placement.

At the very least make the window resizable. I know it was this way in L4, but that is no reason to continue sloppy design and/or programming.
