I was working on some handouts using the latest stable version
during this process logos 4.6 shutdown automatically
this has happened Several times

Handouts are the problem child of Logos4 and there has been little improvement since 2009. I would try to make them as simple/small as possible, but if you cannot successfully open the handout you should contact Logos Support.

Can you post full logs after crashing again in same location?

These logs are from a new install, I have not had time to try out the handouts,the problem I was having in these logs was the system kept displaying their window preparing resources, this went on for quite a long time, Tomorrow I will try and recreate the handouts I wanted to use these with my youth group

I didn't see anything wrong with your system in the logs. Preparing your library can take a while initially, so that is very possibly normal behavior.
