Is the New American Bible Commentary ch 40-66 included in the Scholars pack or does that Commentary included only ch 1-39?

I assume you mean the NAC volume on Isaiah. If so, the answer is no; the volume on Isaiah 40-66 isn't included.
For clarification: The NAC set isn't included in the Scholars base package… it is included in the platinum base package. http://www.logos.com/basepackages#compare-resources
Sorry about the confusion - I meant to ask if the New American Commentary included Isaiah 40-66. The Scholars Silver does indeed include Isaiah 1-39 but I'm finding out that it does not include the second half of the Book. I therefore, bought & downloaded the second half tonight. Apparently this latter was not available when Scholars Silver was first put out.

Correct. I was mistaken before, although you had originally said "scholars pack" instead of "scholar's silver." The base package comparison page has changed, which was a little confusing to me since it "greyed out" the other packages I wasn't comparing. This made it look like it wasn't included in the lower packages. The NAC is bundled with silver and higher.
FWIW - The base package says that the NAC is the 37 volume set. The 37 volume set is no longer sold alone and has now been replaced with the 40 volume set. I would guess when the base packages get a revision next, the 37 volume will be replaced with the 40 volume, and users will be able to upgrade. That is only a guess, however. [:)]
Alabama24, this make me incorrect in two places - not mentioning the particular book (Isaiah) and the particular package I had in mind. You might say I was half thinking.
Anyway, with my not being specific and with other changes in the packages, you didn't have much to go on; we'll say half!!! :-)
