Indexer Crash - 4.6a Beta 3 (4.61.0.3239)

1. Download resource.
2. Start Indexing
3. Download another resource before indexing finishes
4. Restart Logos to add resource--before indexing finishes
5. Indexer crashes after restart is complete.

Thas happened before. Can't remember if I reported it.
