Old Testament Quotations and Allusions in the New Testament

I ran a PG against Isaiah 65:17 and opened up the Parallel Passages section:

I understand the first one - it is the focus of the PG

But the second and third seem to be doing some sort of backward link from the NT passages which are alluded to in the first.

What is actually happening here?
