This is the first time I have encountered this (and I was part of the Beta team). Does anyone have any advice regarding this issue? Should I allow the process to run, or continue to kill the this process?

there was a recent change (?in 4.0a beta?) that makes Logos4Indexer run at startup, Spybot may be taking exception to that...
What is odd though is that this is the first time this message has ever come up. If the change had occurred that early in the beta process, I would have expected to see this message sooner.
So what do you make of it?
The change I'm referring to was in the last couple of days; I'm not sure if it camethrough with the last stable release, or with the release of the betafor 4.0a...
