BUG: Forum listing displaying user emails
Not sure what the cause is, but this morning all my posts in the threads listing had my email instead of 'DMB'.
(Probably punishment but just in case, this is not a good idea.)
My first and (continueing thought) is Logos has lost control of the forum data.
Yesterday, Alabama had his changed too in one of the postings.

Now I AM convinced that the forum software isn't secured (or at least loosey-goosey). Looking at a spam just a minute ago, the user count was 8 with only 1 actual entry when you click on the count.

Well, this one could be due to deleted spam posts (they may technically only be hidden and thus count. Or the post count is taken from a field in the users database record that gets incremented, but not decremented when the posting is deleted afterwards. This doesn't scare me. Actually sometimes I look up spammers other posts to report them and then the posts that are counted don't exist.
The bug with the email addresses is something different. It happened to Liam Walsh just minutes ago - it normalized again in the meantime. But most of us don't want their emails out in the open at all.

NB.Mick ... you might be right (on the deleted spam). But then that means the spam deletion process leaves the account name and count?
In any event, I'm going to speed up my departure from Logos.com. I'm not convinced they have a handle on the forum account process. (Including at least recognizing they have some sort of problem that displays user data).
