Logos crashes every time I attempt to add a new personal book. Please help.

Can you tell us more? What OS? What version of Logos? What document are you using? What format is the document? Would it be possible (and legal) to upload the document here?
I am using Mac OS X 10.8.2, Logos 4.6, I am using Word for Mac, and I saved my file as a .docx. The document is my doctrinal statement for my pastoral licensing. Although it is my personal paper, I do not feel comfortable uploading it here. I am trying a few things within Word for Mac to ensure I don't have any compatibility issues.
If you are able to successfully compile other .docx files, then I would suggest a methodical approach to the .docx file. Divide the .docx file in half and see if either compiles. Keep working down to see if you can isolate the issue.
I don't know if your logs would help determine the issue or not… you could also try posting those here.
