Making Notes without color markup
I was wondering if it possible to make a note in the Bible without coloring the text. I find note making to be extrememly useful and plan to utilize this tool in mass quantity. But with the current feature that I see, this will mean that my Bible will be littered with color markups. I like to markup with simple underlines, and in Logos 3, I could underline and then add the note to the underline with a nice yellow note and no coloring. Now it adds yellow (or another) color markup to my underline and then puts a yellow box where the note is. Logos 3 was much neater on this. Is there a way to remove the color markup?
This may seem like an insignificant change, but to me it may be the difference in going back to Logos 3 because I really love the note tool and I really don't want my bible plastered with colors. It makes it more difficult for me to read that way. Thanks in advance for any help.

This may not meet your need but if you attach a note to a reference rather than selection you only get a colored box. This is. of course, no help if the note applies to a particular translation.

You can also highlight just the space between the first word of where you want the note and apply the note to that space. Then apply a markup to the reset of what you want marked. You can turn off the highlighting that way while still maintaining the box that indicates you have a note.

This may not be satisfying, but you can choose lighter colors, the lightest one on my screen is very light yellow, hardly visible (though the note 'box' is).
The next option, which may not be satisfying either, is to turn off your notes temporarily, when you're just reading and not studying.
I also preferred the underline options we had in L3, but this way of doing things is definitely not a deal-breaker for me.

I would also encourage you to consider the benefits of the following setup. It does not mark up your text with even a box, but you can always see the notes you have on the currently viewed topic. It involves a somewhat paradigm shift in the thinking of notes since you would move from attaching them to a note file to attaching them to a passage guide.
