Ever since L4 came out I have mentioned on this forum that I had a resource set missing from my upgrade. I emailed tech support and called them. They responded and tried to help with various suggestions. A couple of hours ago tech support called and, to make a long story short, the resource set I was missing was a resource only included in the Portfolio and not in my Platinum upgrade. (Duh. Yikes. Blush.) Apparently when checking out the books I thought I was going to get with the upgrade, my eyes crossed looking at the grid.
And yet, Steve of tech support was gracious to me in spite of my stupidity. Thanks Logos. Please accept my apology. You are a great company!
