The Logos 4 crashes when accessing cometary Bible

Dear Friends, Greetings!

 

When I open the home page of Logos 4, to study the passage from the book of Jonah 1:1-17, to choose the comments (Old Testament Survey Series) and (Wiersbe's Expository Outlines on the Old Testament)

the program crashes and I have to close and restart.

This also happens with the book of the prophet Malachi.

What do I do?

    When you get to the Home Page  use  Shift + F5 keys to clear the cache and try again.
