Logon woes

I constantly have to logon everytime I use this, which makes it very frustrating. Before Church starts, I need spend an extra few minutes logging on, then re-setting up my screen. It never openes to the Bible version I purchased, and never remembers my preferences (like "Link Panels").

Is there a way to have this contraption logon automatically, then save the layout that I want?

I did try uninstalling and reinstalling.

I can't imagine that this happens to everyone. Help!

Sorry you haven't received any replies.

Apart from the general server problem (last week, I believe) which they fixed very quickly, I had login issues one time a few months ago, and it affected L4Win, Android, and Logos.com. The root of my problem was that I changed my e-mail in my Faithlife profile, which I though only applied to possible interactions using Faithlife, but it actually changed my login. Maybe something similar happened with you. Perhaps if you called Customer Service, they could help.

I know you are distressed, Tim, but you have to tell us something about the contraption and the Logos app you have e.g. Android version, app version. Also consider the advice in the previous post.
