Can't add Graceway media account!

Every time I try to add a valid, current Graceway Media Stills only account I receive the following error.

"An error occurred while attempting to contact serve, please try again later."

I've tried again "later" all day and to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm using the right username and password for Graceway! [;)]

This is an issue with Graceway Media. We're currently working with Graceway to try to resolve the issue, and we'll update you when we know more.

Jeff, the issue with Graceway has been resolved and you should be able to link your Graceway account in Proclaim now. Thank you.
