    It's not licensed for mobile use.

    Logos doesn't sell the Columbia Encyclopedia anymore.  Logos lost the license to sell it before the mobile apps were created, therefore I doubt it will ever get licensed for mobile use.

    (Which is too bad, as Logos really needs a general purpose encyclopedia, and the Columbia one is/was pretty good)
