Crash: Trying to open a Book

Today I'm getting delays  (including "Not Responding") whilst opening resources from Library and L5 crashed whilst trying to open Dictionary of the Old Testament: Historical books.

There seems to be lot of sync activity rather than concentrating on getting the book open! Here's another log which wants to sync Sentence Diagrams when I don't have any!
