I've successfully installed my logos 4 using my recognized ID, but no resources had been downloaded. The library is still empty. FYI, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail. Any can provide help?Thanks

Have you tried using your Logos credentials with the mobile app and/or biblia.com? If that works, and if you can verify that you are using the same credentials in L4, then you can try the command(s) update now or update resources. Please note: depending upon the size of your library and internet connection, this process could take a VERY long time. Is there a blue logos icon up top (to indicate that Logos is downloading and/or indexing)? Your computer needs to both DOWNLOAD and INDEX before your library will work properly. In extreme cases (very large library, very slow computer, very slow internet), this could take more than a day.
I had the same problem and tried updating the resources...It said that there were resources and that they'd be downloaded automatically, but it doesn't appear to be doing anything. How do I know if it's downloading the resources, or how long it will be?
Melissa – First, welcome to the forums!
I am a Mac user, so you will have to bear with my lack of Windows / Logos PC knowledge.
When your installation is downloading and/or indexing, there should be a small, blue Logos icon near the top of your screen. Do you see this somewhere? By clicking on it, you should see how large the download is.

Just to clarify!
It should be in the system tray which defaults to the bottom right of the screen - but depending on your settings could be elsewhere.
