The clause that includes Silas is not highlighted. I assume that the clause that is highlighted is selected for polarity and not for a false equating of men to Silas.

However, I made the mistake of running one more test and found my optimism was excessive. The sequence of actions in the verse is:

1. apostles & elders with consent of whole church DECIDE to select and send men.

2. implied: they SELECTED Judas and Silas

3. they SENT Judas and Silas

the men is generic as it is before the selection was made - you decide to select before you select.

    Yep, that looks like a bug. The second phrase, which clearly mentions Silas, should appear too.
