I've got a Faithlife group set up and whenever I post... I get an immediate automatic spam response from one of the members in my group. It looks like this:

hey,how are you?
I find a nice site recently, maybe you like it.
one-stop trade services & High-quality,
competitive price & Lowest shipping cost & Fast door to door shipping
I bought some from them, good qualities with good price.
interested? visit: norepe.com/ I am sure you will love it.
Yours !

This member has obviously been hacked. How do I go about fixing this situation? Will changing the member's password take care of it?

Anyone else having this problem?

    Gregory,

I've asked that customer service follow up with the owner of that account. Until we've figured out what happened, you can remove their membership if you're an admin.

The response is coming in through email.  If you reply to a notification email your response is automatically posted to Faithlife.  My guess is some sort of virus on the members computer is automatically replying to every email.
