Search results with or are incorrect

I was trying to identify of references to Dei Verbum in the Catholic Catechism. In all 4 searches below I request "match case" as DV is a standard abbreviation. CCC 38 appears if I request only DV but not if I use an or function (comma or OR). Note, however, the counts seem right - 84 for DV, 7 for Dei Verbum and 91 for either form of OR.

A Basic Search searches by "articles" in the resource, which generally correspond to Table of Contents entries. The light grey reference is the reference of the first hit in that article.

I don't currently have this resource to test with, but my guess would be that CCC 36 and CCC 38 are in the same article (note "2x" annotation for first result in second and fourth panes), and only the reference of the first hit in that article is being displayed.

Basic Search is not guaranteed to give you an exhaustive list of all references that contain results, and there is currently no way to group results by anything other than article.

My understanding is that the first result for DV appears in fn 14 in article CCC 38 whereas the first result for "Dei Verbum" appears in fn 11, which occurs before fn 14 in a different article (CCC 36).

Okay, but it is guaranteed to give an exhaustive list of all articles right?

It appears from the TOC that the CCC numbers are not the articles despite their being treated as "verses" in the Passage List.
