Logos 4 download updates hang

After I installed Logos 4 Scholar's Library (Windows XP), it tried to download the updates.  However, the download always hangs at 71%.  I even turned off my virus / firewall protection.  The message I got is "Logos software is downloading updates (71% of 26.8MB)."

Is there another way to download the updates such as thru a web link (like a zip file) rather than thru the automatic update feature?
