Problem with "Learn to Use Biblical Greek and Hebrew with Logos Bible Software"

I just
bought  two days ago  "Learn to Use Biblical Greek and Hebrew with
Logos Bible Software" and in my online order summary there is the
Greek-v2.zip file (and the rest) at the bottom. But when I try to download
there is this error: "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You
do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials
that you supplied".

 

Why I can't download the files? Do I have to wait until my DVD arrive?\

 

Help will be appreciated

It seems, this may be a case for calling the Logos Customer Service. They'll be available later today (I think from 6.a.m Pacific DST) under  (800) 875-6467 

Maybe others will have a better idea, but I think that's your best bet.
