Search Bible References in Other Books

Is it possible to search for bible reverence links in other books? For instance, could I search my counseling collection for any links those books have to the bible verse Job 16:2? Better yet, can I search for a range like Hebrews 12:3-17, and get Logos to return any links that fall in that range?

Right now the best I know how to do is search the text of the books for references written into the text. Which works but it seems like searching the links themselves could be more powerful.

You might find the information at http://wiki.logos.com/Detailed_Search_Help#Searching_for_Bible_Verses_and_other_References (particularly the section on "Using Operators with References") useful as it provides more insight into specifying search ranges.

In fact, the whole wiki article is well worth reading to find out more about how search works.

Graham, I followed your advice, read the article and found that if my search is <bible = heb 3-17> it narrows it down quite a bit. I did not realize how much more accurate that the search would be by inserting the "bible =" if I am looking for that very specific Bible range. Thanks for the tip. [Y]
