Logos Crashing on boot up. Quits during Piano chime every time.

Every time I start Logos 4 it quits during the piano start up chime as it usually goes into home page.

In recent times Logos has been randomly crashing.... Especially when trying to take notes

I have the most recent update. Ver 4.60.3010. 1464.Archive.zip

Anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to the forums Ben! Sorry you are having trouble.

Have you tried starting up Logos with a blank layout? Press and hold the command key immediately after startup. At the log in screen, check the appropriate box.

Concur with suggestion to open to a blank layout; Logos 4.6 SR-2 is crashing on a Guide with the word "lamb"

Note, the upgrade also crashes my system and I cannot open a blank layout. It crashes prior to the control key taking effect.

I've pulled the Mac 4.6a build. We will look into the issue and ship a new build as soon as possible.

Logos is working on a fix for Logos 4.6a, which is crashing for a number of Logos 4 Mac users.

Logos 4.6 SR-2 (4.60.0.3010) for Mac can be downloaded from => https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.logos.com/LBS4/LBS4MacInstaller/4.60.0.3010/Logos4Mac.dmg

If the startup crash includes "NSCFDictionary" in error message, then the Logos database files were not updated so should be able to revert to the previous stable Logos 4 Mac application by manually downloading and replacing application. Edit: the Logos4Error.log has NSCFDictionary in error message with nil value while the Apple Crash Report includes " Assertion failed: (exception == nil), function -[OurAppController"

I got past the chime by shutting off the home screen, but crashes on searching.. Cant even open a scripture with out it quiting

Would like to look at Logos diagnostic log files. Also wonder if indexing is done ?

I am also having problems opening Logos 4 for Mac, but my program won't even open. When I click on the Logos icon, it "jumps" a couple of times and then immediately closes. I tried the Command Key suggestion listed below, but it doesn't work. How do I get the latest update to fix this problem if I can't even get into Logos? Help?
