This is probably caused by out-of-sync Bible and reverse interlinears. Can you paste the support info from the About page here?
The versions I have (which I think are the latest) are:
LLS:1.0.71

Your NASB95 resource is out-of-date. Does it happen to be your preferred Bible? If so, you may have been affected by this bug: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/56309/407502.aspx#407502
It's been fixed now, so running "update resources" should make your system download the latest resource, which should fix this problem.
