Unable to access Resources

Dear Sir,

We are not able to access resources beyond the home page.

Each time we want to access any resource like commentary or bible verse, we simply get a window prompt page telling us that the program needs to be shut down.

We have been having this problem for the past month.

Kindly assist.

The crash logs tells me that there is a problem with a Guide but not enough to provide any advice; so I need to see a Logos4.log just after the program crashes. Also provide some more details of what you are doing before it crashes i.e. from the Home Page how do you access resources?

The second link 404d for me, but the first set of logs don't correspond. The Logos4.log (the record from start to finish of Logos 4 has no crash, and actually end with a normal "Terminating application' message, where as the crash is logged 2 minutes later.

Did you try to start it right after closing it? Can you add the information Dave requested along with new logs immediately after the crash, and prior to starting Logos 4 again?
