I've upgraded from Platinum to Porfolio through the Knox degree. I'm starting to download the new books, however my download indicator is going crazy. It's at 2027%! Any suggestions? Should I just let it run its course or do I need to do something else to make sure the new materials are downloaded properly?
Also, if I click 'Cancel Download' does that stop just the progress of the download or does it lose everything I've downloaded thus far? In other words, what's the best way to 'pause' the download if need be.
