Question about getting a list

Greetings all!

Is there anyway to get a list of what the Holy Spirit does? I know that He always points to Christ, is our Comforter, Teacher, etc...I cannot figure out how to find a list without going through numerous verses...yes I am being a little bit lazy...I also want to make sure that I don't miss anything. What kind of search field would I use to accomplish this? Thanks in advance for your help!

Which base package do you have? Typing "Holy Spirit" in the library gives a few books about the Holy Spirit. Also, doing a search for "Holy Spirit" and looking at the Topic section gives a lot of good resources. If you're just looking for quick n dirty lists, two resources are New Topical Textbook and Willmington's Book of Bible Lists. They each contain a number of lists related to Holy Spirt, Personality of, Names of, Gifts of, Ministries of, Facts about, and includes scripture refs for each.

Thanks Guys! The Willmingtons Book had the list I was looking for and even learned more about the Holy Spirit and His characteristics! So much too learn so little time!

Pneumatology? Serioiusly...that's a word? Wow! I can always learn something by coming to these forums!

OFF TOPIC: I worked at a bookstore kiosk and we needed to lift the small safe up 3-4 inches off the ground to make the door open properly in the cabinet it set. We ended up using two copies of Wilmington's guide because it was cheaper than the alternative we were offered… I always smiled when I saw Dr. Wilmington or his son walk by. [:)]

Yup...it actually makes sense. The Greek word for spirit is "pneuma" and "ology" is the study of. So Pneumstology is the study of the Spirit.
