BUG: Highlighting Popover Still Tiny In Logos for iOS 3.03

I was excited to see in the release notes that this issue was fixed:

"- Fixed location of highlight/notes popover (no more tiny-bar popovers)"

It does work most of the time, but randomly it doesn't (in my last reading session -- using my iPad 2 --  the popover was tiny each time I highlighted something near the top of the page -- 2 or 3 times)

I concur. I have not seen a tiny microscopic one however (i.e. one so small you can't see anything more than a several pixels).
