quick help

I went to look something up today and I did a Passage study with Bible Commentary options.

My preferred Bible is NKJV and my commentary is MacArthurs Study Bible

I did a search for Act 9:7 and everything worked correctly.

I then clicked on my commentary window and hit click the righ arrow key which was to scroll me through my commentaries. On the first click I went to King James Study bible the next click took me back to MacArthur and subsequent hits cycled me through these two books. I never saw any of my other commentaries.

I know I must have something messed up but what?

I "think" the right/left arrows only scroll through your prioritized commentaries. Can someone else confirm this?

Okay I did further research and found in the my parallel resources icon in the commentary section I only have MacArthur Study Bible and King James Study Bible listed.

If I go back to my home page and change my preferred commentary to something like Nelson's Bible commentary and do the same thing I did before I now have a whole group of Commentaries to scroll through and when I click my parallel resource icon in the commentary window I see a huge number of commentaries.

Evidently I did something that connected MacArthur and King James Study together but not with the rest of the commentaries. What did I do? And how do I know fixed it?

Hiw do I add commentaries to my prioritized list?

Open your library, click "prioritize" in the upper right corner, then drag your commentaries into the order you want them to appear. You would put your prefered translations in this list as well.

I evidently am doing something wrong or I don't understand. I click My Library and I don't have a prioritize icon anywhere I can find.

I'm using a combination of Nelson Ebible, Osford Libronix and Logos.

Somewhere I must have built something that included MacArthur with King James version study bible because if I have the MacArthur study bible open and click resources I only see King James versions study Bible. However if I change my commentary on the home page to Matthew Henry and then click my verse Matthew Henry opens and if I click resources in it I see a complete list of resources in which neither MacArthur nor King James version study bible appear.

What did I do and how to I fix it. I have looked at every option on my tool bar and can't find anything that gives me a clue. I have watched videos and searched help screens. Somewhere something is making the association with these two study bibles external to commentaries.

Sorry about that. I was assuming you were using Logos 4 :-) are you using Logos 3?

Yes I'm on Logos 3.

I solved my problem I did a resource association using Library management under the tool icon on the toolbar. I added all the commentaries and study bibles I had and now I have a complete list. However somewhere there had to have been an association alread built that I couldn't find. Does anyone know about it? Can it be modified or do we have to rebuild it. Seems odd!!!
