can someone tell me if and when logos changed its web bible site to Biblia.
I am sure that they used a different one?
Can someone fill me in please?

Logos has a number of web sites => http://www.logos.com/websites including Books => http://books.logos.com/ and RefTagger => http://reftagger.com/
Noticed a download page with free software and apps => http://www.logos.com/downloads

I don't remember what the website was called, but I know Biblia.com was used as a blog for the Spanish speaking users of Logos. Spanish users now have a different website for their blogging called: http://www.ayudapastoral.com/

There was library.logos.com.
Luigi, they used to have library.logos.com, but switched to this a couple years ago because they thought the platform would work better. I'm not a techie, so I am sure I misused "platform", but I hope you get the gist.

That site has been retired and replaced with Biblia.com (but I don't remember when that happened).
