Confusing: old edition of book still offered for sale

The first one listed was published in 2005. Doesn't say what edition it is, perhaps the first? The second one listed, which is the 3rd edition, was published in 2012. I see no reason to confuse people by keeping the first one around. I thought I hadn't bought it yet when it came up in a search once, but fortunately I realized I had the newer edition so I didn't buy it.

This is somewhat confusing. I'm not sure how much overlap there is since there is a forward by Jaroslav Pelikan in the older edition which doesn't appear to be included iin the newer edition.

I own the older edition. It was a Fortress Press paperback publication with a Libronix CD of the text included. I have often wondered if my older Fortress Press works get updated when newer editions are published.

I wonder how much frreee they collect. I have $1, $5, $10, $20 (rarely $2), but I don't have any frreee. If they said $1 or $5 or $10, I could pay them, but I can't pay when it's on sale for frreee.

Yes, I particularly like that the $27 one is included in the "collection" which is the $21.95 one, and they're both the same title, same edition.

I think there can be good reason to have specific editions of the same book in Logos - maybe an edition changed substantial thoughts of the original author, or people in a seminary course are required by their professor to use a certain edition.

This of course should be indicated with an information in the older version: "there's a new edition of this book: link" and there should be information "you own another edition of this book: link" in both of these if it's true.
