Moving from Snow Leopard Mac to Mountain Lion Mac

Looking forward to a new Mac Mini and moving from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion. My understanding is that one can migrate fairly easy. My question is whether it will move L4M over without some extra effort on my part or not. Any other advice on doing a migration would be much appreciated.

Should migrate easily from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion; personally partitioned a hard drive for fast Logos access for use with OS X 10.8.2; choose to relocate my Logos4 folder and link appropriately.

Just an update. I wound up starting up the new machine, grabbing the last update from Time Machine to the drive of the new Mini and running Migration Assistant. Ran like a champ for L4M and everything else I've looked at so far.
