L5 crash when restarting

This evening I was messing around with Logos and some updated resources downloaded. I was prompted to restart Logos to install the resources. I clicked it and walked away from my computer. When I came back Logos had crashed but the indexer was working away. It's not finished yet but it looks like it'll finish normally.
