Refund Options

I just bought the MacArthur Essentials package and I wanted to know if I could return it. I've been planning to get the MacArthur 98-volume collection instead and I wouldn't want to rebuy the same books. If someone can tell me how to contact support to do so, that'd be great.

Logos operate a 30-day refund policy so you should be fine.

They also offer some discounts against books already purchased if included in larger collections (particularly so if bought more recently) so you may also want to have a discussion with sales about whether you can work out some arrangement on getting the larger collection without necessarily returning the Essentials package.

If it has been over 30 days (sometimes they will let it go longer), if you call in and talk to a sales person they will make sure you are discounted the volumes you already own.
