I downloaded and installed the Logos 4 for windows software a couple of days ago. I was expecting the free bible, etc. to get downloaded as well, but the library is empty. Any Suggestions?
Robert, did you actually purchase the items desired by placing them in the checkout cart? Even though they are free, you need to place them in the cart and have a credit card on file.

From your description, you haven't bought any of the Logos base packages but just downloaded the free engine. Is that correct?
Which free Bible were you expecting to download? Something like the LEB?
Even though free, you need to go through the ordering process and place the zero-value order (which will require credit card details but no charge) and you should then get the download.

What are the steps for "purchasing" the free downloads?
Add them the cart just as if they cost and follow through with the check out process.

Did you get "hung up," Bob? You do need a Logos Account Number. Mine is my old, old e-mail address. Customer Service can plug you into a working account.
