Today I noticed that my logos version of the ESV Galatians 5:26 reads "keeping in step with the spirit". All the print copies I have read walk with the spirit. Anybody know why they are different and which one is right?

In 2011, the ESV had a number of updates. The Lexham High Definition New Testament: ESV Edtion has older 2008 text:

I do know why they are different… the translators updated the ESV. Sometimes when translators do this, it is to huge publicity and the revision gets a new name (i.e. the NIV2011). In this case, the publisher chose not to publicize the update. Newer print copies will reflect the changes.

The translation "keeping in step with the Spirit" is actually more accurate that "walk in the Spirit." The Greek work στοιχέω which this translates is given by BDAG as
στοιχέω
(στοῖχος) fut. στοιχήσω (X. et al.; ins, pap; Eccl 11:6) orig. ‘be drawn up in line’, in our lit. only fig. to be in line with a pers. or thing considered as standard for one’s conduct, hold to, agree with, follow, conform w. dat.
