Uable to open any resource

Dear Dave Hooton and Tommy Ball,

Thank you both for the recent advise. 

Logged in per instruction provided. Got into HOME page, typed in "Genesis 1" and clicked GO.  And without fail the Microsoft window advising problem and the need to close.5123.Logos Log Files.zip

This has taken too long to resolve. Kindly assist urgently.

    Is this a new install? The reason I ask is because if your library has not finished indexing then sometimes the resources don't show up until its completes the indexing process.

    Hello Yeo Ee Ee,

    Are you able to do search for Gen 1:1? Are you able to open Commentary Critical and Explanatory on the Whole Bible? You can open it quickly by typing LLS:29.1.27 in the command bar, you should see it in the drop-down window. If it crashes again for either please indicate which you tried, and post new logs.
