Test of Logos Bible during Super Storm using Kindle Fire 7" 32 Gb Unit

I experienced an absence of heat, light and WiFi during the last 2 days of the Super Storm on the Eastern Seaboard.

During that period I gave Logos Android Bible a good test without any access to WiFi using the KFHD7-32.  I had loaded all the resources I needed prior to the storm including maps, bibles, dictionaries, commentaries, etc.

I could do full searches for Bible verses or phrases,, use the Book Icon menu easily and go back and forth between resourses without any problems.

I had noticed that the Kindle Fire 1st Gen could NOT do most of that in Church when WiFi was denied to me.

Thus, the Logos Bible and the Kindle Fire HD 7" 32 Gb are a perfect meld and WiFi is unnecessary to enable its maximum performance.

The only problem I've encountered is using the "Morning and Evening" Devotions with the KFHD7-32.  It does not appear on the proper pane.  On the KF1G it always appeared there.  On Logos PC I have it as one of my favorites.

Can you clarify what "proper pane" means?

Glad it worked well for you other than that! :)

The "Morning and Evening" Devotions does not appear on the Devotion page with my Bible reading plans.  The only Devotions appearing with my Bible Reading Plans are: "My Utmost for the Highest" and "Amazing Grace-366 Hymns."

On the KF1G it always appeared on the Devotions page.  With the KFHD7-32 it never appears.  On the PC version I elevated "Morning and Evening" to 3rd  in my Resource Priority behind NET and NIV84.  Is there any other place I should adjust to make it appear?

Have you checked that it is downloaded? It may have previously been picked up via wi-fi.

Yes, it is downloaded.  Even with WiFi access right now, "Morning and Evening" still does not appear on my Devotion page.  It is ironic but it ALWAYS appeared there with the KF1G.  Why the KFHD7-32 handles it differently is a mystery to me.  I believe the KFHD7-32 uses a different version of Android than the KF1G.  That may be part of the problem.

What really has me puzzled is that I can't get it to quit appearing - however, I only have the original Kindle Fire
