Mitch (Faithlife)

We have been working hard to get https://documents.logos.com as fully featured as possible when Logos 5 launches so you can have a consistent spot to manage your documents (including undelete and sharing).

The good news: The site has every major piece in place and working.

The less than good news: Only a handful of document types are supported currently. They are reading plans, prayer lists, syntax searches, clippings and notes. Over the next couple weeks this will grow to include the rest of the document types (thanks for your patience!). I'll get a message on the site tonight or tomorrow telling visitors what's up.

So it will be there and be usable but we won't be advertising it just yet. I know how well all of you keep secrets anyway.

What we need from you: Play around with it. Undelete some documents, delete them again, make some copies. Tell us what you like and don't like. Do you understand the difference between collaborating a document and publishing a document? Share documents to the MVP Faithlife group, copy someone's published document. Connect to a collaborative document. Load up Logos 5 and make sure it shows up. Oh man, this is going to be fun!

I gave some feedback in this thread. Although Bradley mentioned there are no limits on storage of deleted documents it think it would be a good idea to impose some as I have many old ones that I might ask (Logos) a lot of questions about or create problems after undeleting them

e.g. why are there duplicate Highlighter Pens on the same day  (please provide the year!)? 

Anyway, I un-deleted the 4 x Highlighter Pens notes and tried the same on 2 x Dave note file with following result:

But they all seem to have been restored:-

Which was fairly unproductive in the end as Pens (3) and Pens (4) are empty,  Pens and Pens (2) are dupes whilst Dave note file (2) has one more annotation than Dave note file.  Actually, one was a misaligned Highlight but they both had the same indicator. I quibble about the date of "Today" being assigned to old docs!

Anyway, I deleted the 6 of them in L5 and they now come up as follows:-

And assume an importance they don't deserve with today's date being assigned, which means they will hang around longer.
