Hoping the pace of resource downloads slows

I'm hoping (suggesting?) that the pace of resource downloads (including the databases) slows down, or at least become consolidated to weekly updates (I suggest Mondays - please, not Fridays, in case of 'issues' over the weekend).
The current pace of multi-MB downloads during the alpha/beta period have been heavy. For those who live in places where data-caps are a reality, this could be a major issue. Since, I'm sure Logos would prefer to have them spending their money on resources rather than on data-overruns, I would assume you'll think through this seriously.
Personally, even when there are data gaps, I'd prefer one weekly update, to multiple updates of the same resource/database.
Just sayin' . . .

That is just the nature of testing a major new version of the program, especially one as dependent on new data as Logos 5 is. (We should have made this clearer in the warnings/release notes for the Logos 5 Alpha.)

Customers who have data caps or limited Internet would be well advised to avoid the beta programme and stick to stable releases only.
I'll update our "Beta Testing Warnings" page.

The other option (since some of these are fixes) update once a week. That way you will not be downloading the same file several times.
Mission: To serve God as He desires.

I'm not complaining. I'm anticipating complaints from others.
I understand the nature of a beta program, especially one like this. I have no problems with the pace of downloads during the beta. However, knowing the eagerness with which Logos pumps out updates (at times) for a program that is still in development as it is released, I'm expressing some anxiety and urging some caution about the pace of updates with the gold release. That's all.
